Rosé season!

I seem to love dry rosé more and more with each passing year. Our spring delivery of French rosé from Robert Kacher Selections arrived recently, including the rosé I helped make during my harvest internship

There are still a lot of folks out there whose impression of pink wine has been tainted by low-quality sweet pink wines, but if you’ve ever sat outside on a beautiful sunny day like today and opened a cold bottle of good dry rosé, you know it can be one of the most fantastic things there is.

We’ve got a grip of killer dry pink wine in the shop right now, and I’m on a personal mission to talk as many restaurants in town into having a dry rosé on their by-the-glass list for the summer as I possibly can.

Drink pink!!
